The headstand is also known as "The King" of asanas due to its many benefits, so it's no surprise that it can be very challenging for most of us to master. In this workshop we will break down sirsasana, the headstand posture, by going through the various steps and options. We will also enjoy a vinyasa style flow to warm up our upper body, shoulders, and core.
Whether you are completely new to headstands, are still having a little trouble finding your balance, or are interested in exploring different variations, this workshop is for you. This workshop will provide a safe and fun environment to allow you to take away ideas and information so you can safely, more confidently, start to integrate headstand/or variations into your yoga practice.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. You do not need to know how to do a full headstand to attend, as all guidance and options will be given
